Olivari Composites has a long experience in motorboats structures engineering. Our works range from Class 1 offshore racing powerboats, such as the multiple times world champions Bilba and Victory Team,  to the entire line of Azimut-Benetti luxury yachts.

La Olivari Composites Engineering ha una lunga esperienza nella progettazione di motoscafi. I nostri lavori spaziano dagli offshore da competizione Classe 1, come i pluripremiati Bilba e Victory Team, all'intera linea di yacht di lusso della Azimut-Benetti.

Our project for Formula 1 motorboats cockpit has been adopted by Union Internationale Motonautique as the security standard for the whole category. 

Il nostro progetto per la cabina di pilotaggio dei motoscafi di Formula 1 è stato adottato dalla Federazione Internazionale Motonautica come standard di sicurezza per l'intera categoria.

Olivari Composites is currently responsible for the structures design of the entire line of Azimuth luxury yachts. Structures analysis and the use of composite materials has resulted in lighter, more performant and more resistant boats, improving comfort and fuel consumption. Composites construction techniques together with on site construction assistance have helped Azimuth in greatly improve production costs and time.

Olivari Composites è responsabile della progettazione delle strutture dell'intera linea di yacht Azimut. L'utilizzo di materiali compositi ha permesso la realizzazione di barche più leggere, resistenti, confortevoli e performanti.   L'ottimizzazione delle fasi di produzione ha inoltre permesso una notevole riduzione dei costi di produzione

Olivari Composites has designed the structures for many racing boats, including the America's Cup boats Il Moro di Venezia and Luna Rossa.

For over 10 years we have been working with the most important leisure yachts shipyards in Europe, including Italia Yachts, Del Pardo, and Nautor.

La Olivari Composites ha progettato le strutture di numerose imbarcazioni da regata, tra cui le imbarcazioni di Coppa America Il Moro di Venezia e Luna Rossa nel 1992 e nel 2003. 

Da oltre dieci anni collaboriamo nella realizzazione delle strutture con i più importanti cantieri di nautica da diporto d’Europa, tra cui Italia Yachts, Del Pardo e Nautor.

Olivari Composites has applied his experience in composites structures engineering in many fields outside maritime applications, an example is the LEAP project. The LEAP is a modular living pod designed to be placed in high altitude mountain environments and exposed to severe weather conditions.

La Olivari Composites ha applicato la sua esperienza nella progettazione di strutture in materiali compositi in molti campi al di fuori di quello nautico, un esempio è il progetto LEAP. Il LEAP è un sistema modulare progettato per essere posizionato ad alta quota e in ambienti con condizioni atmosferiche estreme.

Olivari Composites has worked with some of the most important industrial firms in Europe, among them, in the automotive sector, there is the famous sports cars manufacturer Ferrari. Olivari Composites has recently contributed to the design of the hybrid supercar LaFerrari. Olivari Composites has designed and tested LaFerrari rearview mirrors, entirely built in carbon fiber.

Olivari Composites has contributed to develop alternative and renewable energy sources such as new generation vertical wind turbines which require efficiency characteristics achievable only through composites materials. 

La Olivari Composites ha contribuito a sviluppare fonti di energia rinnovabili come i generatori eolici verticali di nuova generazione che richiedono caratteristiche di efficenza ottenibili solamente attraverso l'uso dei materiali compositi.

We have also experimented and helped to develop natural fibers and resins alternative to plastic fibers. The use of materials such as bamboo fiber in place of fiberglass would in fact help to reduce the environmental impact of composites realizations. 

Abbiamo anche sperimentato e sviluppato fibre e resine naturali alternative ai materiali plastici. L'uso di materiali come la fibra di bambù al posto della vetroresina aiuterebbe infatti a ridurre l'impatto ambientale dei manufatti in composito.
